Here at UP on the Roof in Greenville, SC, we’re so excited to announce our new Executive Chef, Shane Robertson!
Shane Robertson has over two decades of culinary experience, with extensive knowledge of all cuisine. He has experience building a team, creating a menu, and has an emphasis on French technique cooking. In the past, Shane has been the Executive Chef for some of the top restaurants and catering companies in Tennessee, including Northshore Brasserie and Knoxville Catering. He even received a CMA nomination for ‘Best Tour Caterer 2013’ and served up his concoctions to Food Network executives and various musicians on a national level.
As one of Greenville’s best restaurants, we couldn’t be happier to have Shane Robertson join our staff. To help you get to know Shane a little bit better, we sat down with him to ask him some fun questions!
