Why Tequila Ocho Stands Out
Tequila Ocho has changed the way people think about tequila. Made with traditional methods and 100% Blue Weber agave, each release comes from a single estate and is labeled by both field and vintage year.
That approach – more often associated with fine wine – means every vintage has its own character. At this tequila tasting dinner, guests can compare expressions and explore how terroir shapes the flavor in every glass, from bright citrus and herbal notes to the deeper caramel and oak found in aged tequilas.
Where Cocktail Pairings Rise to the Occasion
A great cocktail pairing dinner is all about the chemistry between the plate and the pour. At UP on the Roof, Tequila Ocho cocktails meet a chef-driven menu in a progression designed to keep the flavors – and the evening – looking UP.
Each pairing brings out something new in both the dish and the drink, creating a balanced, memorable experience from the welcome cocktail to the final course. The night ends on a high note with a neat pour of Tequila Ocho Extra Añejo – your invitation to slow down, sip and savor the complexity of a beautifully aged tequila.
