Soaring Bottled Cocktails
At UP on the Roof, we’ve developed a reputation for our unique Soaring Bottled Cocktails—a collection of handcrafted cocktails served in Instagram-ready, clear glass bottles. Check out a few of our favorites:
The Reedy Peach:
No cocktail pays homage to the city of Greenville quite like the Reedy Peach. Named for the Reedy River immediately below the restaurant, this drink combines peach and cucumber vodkas, lime juice, cucumber water, tonic syrup, mint simple syrup, and lavender bitters for a symphony of fresh flavors.
It’s Strawberry Thyme:
Pretty, pink, and the perfect pun, this cocktail is simply fun to drink. The strawberry and thyme bring fruity and earthy flavors to the table, respectively, while the gin and cointreau pack a punch. The addition of lemon sour finishes off the concoction with a welcome hint of citrus.
The tropics are calling! Even though we’re in South Carolina, one sip of this triple-rum cocktail will mentally transport you to the Caribbean. Flavors of coconut, pineapple, lime, blackberry, and mint will dance on your tongue.
When we created our cocktail menu, we aimed high. Order one of our signature Elevated Classics below, and you’ll see why people say we have the best cocktails in Greenville, SC.
Up in the Air:
As its name implies, this cocktail embodies our distinctive rooftop atmosphere. A vodka-based aperitif, the Up in the Air boasts a mix of sweet and floral flavors including blackberry, lemon, and mint, and elderflower—the last of which is brought to you by St. Germain.
The Black Dahlia:
If you’re looking for something unique, you might fancy the Black Dahlia. This cocktail mixes smokey whiskey, gingery Domaine de Canton, zesty lime juice, sweet muddled blackberries, and refreshing mint.
To “Quila” Mockingbird:
For a cocktail with a little extra kick, try our tequila-based specialty containing creme de violette, lime juice, and jalapeno ginger simple syrup that brings even more heat than the South Carolina sun.
