If you adhere to a specific diet, you might have a hard time finding meals that you can eat when you go out to dinner—but not at UP on the Roof! In fact, we serve plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes at both our restaurants in Alpharetta, GA and Greenville, SC.

Start Your Meal with Gluten-Free and Vegetarian Shareables

When it comes to vegetarian and gluten-free appetizers, you have your pick here at UP on the Roof! For example, order our blistered, bite-sized Holy Shishito! peppers served with an avocado crema. Or maybe our Fried Brussels Sprouts topped with a chili-lime vinaigrette will please everyone at the table.

Vegetarians will especially love the I Dip, You Dip, We Dip trio of sunflower seed hummus, pimento cheese, and black bean and corn salsa. And in addition to crackers, we’ll provide veggies for dipping so that your gluten-free friends can have a taste.

As for the gluten-free foodies, you can’t go wrong with our Nacho Average Nachos made with corn chips. And if you want to make our Honey-Soy Fried Chicken Lettuce Wraps gluten-free as well, we’ll gladly substitute grilled chicken for you!

Feast on Vegetarian Entrées from the Farm

No matter what you’re craving, there’s something for every vegetarian on the new UP on the Roof menu.

Looking for something on the lighter side? Order our Harvest Salad dressed with baby spinach, red onion, candied pecans, dried cranberries, feta, and an apple-cranberry vinaigrette.

That said, our vegetarian options don’t end with salad at UP on the Roof. This season, try the Butternut Squash Risotto complete with sage, parmesan, a red wine reduction, and micro salad for some autumnal goodness. Our four-cheese spinach and artichoke Farmstead Flatbread will also hit the spot.

Even stick-to-your-ribs dishes aren’t just for meat-eaters anymore. Introducing the Beyond Bolognese—tagliatelle, vegetarian ragout, and jumbo Beyond “meatballs.”

The only problem you’ll have, vegetarians, is deciding on which dishes you want to enjoy this visit!

Dine on Our Array of Gluten-Free Entrées at UP on the Roof

Guess what? Some of our vegetarian dishes are gluten-free, too, like the Harvest Salad and Butternut Squash Risotto! But your choices only begin here.

If you have your heart set on a heartier salad than the Harvest, for instance, order the Clucking Good Cobb Salad. As well as grilled chicken breast and your other usual Cobb contents, we drizzle green goddess dressing on this gluten-free salad.

In the mood for seafood? Satisfy your hunger with our Pan-Seared Trout, served with fingerling potato confit and slathered in lemon butter. The Wester Ross Salmon Yaki paired with cilantro-lime jasmine rice and an Asian pear chutney should also get your mouth watering.

And of course, most of our meat-based dishes are gluten-free. The What the Duck?! confit, Farm Filet, This (Not So) Little Piggy pork chop, and Lamb Shank Redemption will all fill you up just fine!
