Please note that we are only able to accept reservations for heated + covered outdoor dining. Indoor tables, fireplace areas, terrace seating groups and standing room on the rooftop is available on a first-come, first-served basis for all guests.

UP on the Roof reserves the right to limit tables to a single check for payment. A suggested gratuity of 20% will be added to all parties of 6 or more in the dining room. It is company policy that guests have the unrestricted right to determine the final amount of gratuity free from compulsion & negotiation.

Well-behaved, leashed dogs under 75 lbs. are permitted on the outdoor terrace adjacent to our bar only. Dogs are required to remain outdoors and in close proximity to their owner for the duration of their visit to the rooftop. If your dog has an accident while on the rooftop, a $50+ clean-up fee may be added to your bill. Management reserves the right to require any dog and their owner to leave the premise if they are disrupting other guests or the flow of service. UP on the Roof gift certificates are available in denominations from $25 up to $250. Valid for food and beverage purchases at UP on the Roof only; gift certificates may not be used as payment for gratuity, service charges and facility rental fees.
