While we always do our best to accommodate specific seating requests, we cannot guarantee an outdoor table when you make a reservation. Patio and terrace seating is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
UP on the Roof gift certificates are available in denominations from $25 up to $250. Valid for food and beverage purchases at UP on the Roof only; gift certificates may not be used as payment for gratuity, service charges and facility rental fees.
In order to maximize the budgeted dollars we donate to non-profit organizations in the areas we serve, we utilize a matching donation program. Learn more and apply for a donation here.

Onsite valet parking is available at the Embassy Suites and is $10/car (no validation). Additionally, guests may self-park is in the City of Greenville Riverplace Garage (adjacent to the Embassy Suites hotel) as well as various other city and private parking decks and lots throughout downtown. Rates vary by day, time and location.
The rooftop is conveniently accessed using the elevators inside the Embassy Suites at Riverplace lobby. Please proceed to the rooftop level (8th floor).
