Donation Request Form

In order to maximize the budgeted dollars we donate to non-profit organizations in the Greenville, Anderson, Alpharetta and Atlanta metro areas, we utilize a matching donation program whereby you can increase the dollars raised for your charitable organization.

UP on the Roof will match gift card purchases (by cash or credit card) for non-profit charitable 501-C organizations up to $100.00. Therefore, gift card purchases (from $25 to $100) that will be utilized for a non-profit fundraising event will be matched dollar-for-dollar (in $25 increments).

Complete the online form on this page in its entirety a minimum of six weeks in advance of the event date to be considered for a matched gift certificate donation. Due to the volume of requests we receive, gift certificate donations are given to local 501-C charities only and are budgeted on a monthly basis. Please note, if your donation match request is approved, you will be notified and will be required to pay for and pick up the gift card in person.
