This fall, start your meal with our shareable Venison Ravioli served in a sauce made with bourbon cream, Rembrandt gouda, and a blackberry demi-glace. For a main entree, try our Duck n’ Biscuit: pan-seared foie gras topped with caramelized shallots, sweet potato hash, fig jam, and an optional fried egg. If you’re in the mood for seafood, order our Jumbo Sea Scallops “Benedict” served with bacon, blue crab, braised baby kale, hollandaise, and a quail egg.
