Terms and Conditions
Event must be contracted, including a signed credit card authorization and any required deposits by the end of the promotional period (October 31 – 1 gift). Qualifying events must occur between January 1 – February 28, 2026 and have contracted F+B minimums of $50/per person or more (plus taxes, fees & gratuities) with 10 guaranteed guests in attendance.
Event balance must be paid in full before the conclusion of the event using a single method of payment (no separate checks or multiple credit cards). Promotion applies only to events offering UP on the Roof menus that are hosted in an event space or affiliated banquet space. If complimentary sparkling wine toast is selected, only guests who are 21 or older, with legal proof of age, will be allowed to consume alcohol. If there is any question, UP on the Roof reserves the right to discontinue service to any guest at any time.
*Host Thank-You Gift Certificate Terms: Receive a $100 certificate with food & beverage spend of $2,500–$3,999; $200 with spend of $4,000–$5,999; or $300 with spend over $6,000. Certificate is valid for future use at UP on the Roof and cannot be applied to the qualifying event or any other private event. Certificates are issued after the event concludes and payment has been received in full. Not valid toward tax, fees or gratuity.
