Choosing UP on the Roof for your main Easter meal means that you get to let some-bunny else handle the holiday cooking! In fact, we’ve created several specials just for the occasion. However, these selections below aren’t all that we’re serving UP for Easter. Take a peek at our full menu to see what tickles your fancy.

Maine Lobster Deviled Eggs:

Firstly, it wouldn’t be Easter without the deviled eggs, right? At UP on the Roof, we’re taking ours up a notch with fresh Maine lobster, lemon zest, and fennel pollen.

Burrata Panzanella:

For something to nibble on, enjoy this springy salad of toasted bread with creamy burrata cheese,cherry tomatoes, basil pesto, and a balsamic glaze.

Lamb Shank:

Another Easter staple, our tender lamb is served atop saffron risotto with charred tomatoes and finished with savory jus.

Braised Beef Short Rib:

If you want brunchy bites that’ll stick to your ribs, order the braised beef short rib in a red wine reduction. On the side, you’ll have goat cheese mashed potatoes and roasted carrots—the Easter Bunny’s favorite!
