Once again, it’s time for our semi-annual menu update here at UP on the Roof! We’re excited to debut another round of new sophisticated Southern fare for spring and summer 2024. As always, we’ve crafted this seasonal menu using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients available. Therefore, you know that you’re savoring the best quality money can buy!

Seasonally Curated Plates from the Farm, Ranch, and Sea
Whatever you’re craving, there’s something for everyone on the new spring/summer menu at UP on the Roof!
For instance, start your meal with the Are you Squidding Me? appetizer of calamari with chili oil and sriracha aioli. If you’d rather stay on the lighter side, you can’t go wrong with our new Strawberry Salad: spring greens topped with goat cheese, candied pecans, and a strawberry vinaigrette.
Vegans, on the other hand, will love our all-new Tofu Tikka served in a coconut and tomato curry seasoned with chili powder, garlic, ginger, and lime. Plus, you’ll have jasmine rice on the side. On a related note, we now offer a bundle of any three sides called the Vegetarian Plate.
In the mood for seafood? In that case, we’re keen to announce that our Blackened Mahi Sandwich has returned to the menu by popular demand! Originally served at our Surf’s UP pop-up event last year, this sandwich features blackened mahi, remoulade, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a brioche bun.

Cool Cocktails to Celebrate Warmer Weather
Our new additions to the UP on the Roof menu don’t end with the food; we’ve also created a few new cocktails for you to enjoy on our rooftop. For example, no drink is more suited to golden hour than, well, the Golden Hour! This rumlibation combines drambuie, coconut water, pineapple juice, and lime for all the summery island vibes.
Or perhaps you’d prefer the Smoke + Mirrors concoction of rye whiskey, peach liqueur, chambord, cherry bitters, lemon and smoked vanilla syrup.
Of course, the new UP on the Roof spring/summer menu also boasts a variety of handpicked wines from around the world as well as a collection of local and regional craft beers.
If you’re staying sober this season, though, we have good news: The zero-proof mocktails from our Dry January event have made it onto the daily menus! Try the Cranberry Clean G Fizz or the Spiced Clean R Daiquiri.
Delectable Desserts with Boozy Pairings
Last but certainly not least, we’ve revamped the UP on the Roof dessert menu for the warmer months of 2024, too! Sweet treats on our spring/summer menu include the Chocolate Panna Cotta, Mojito Cheesecake, and Just Peachy tres leches cake.
Furthermore, each dessert gives you the option to booze it up. The panna cotta can come with an espresso martini, while we recommend sipping on the aforementioned Smoke + Mirrors with the tres leches cake. And to help our Mojito Cheesecake live up to its name, we pair it with Ron Zapaca No. 23 rum. Bon appetit, and bottoms up!
