The night begins with a custom aperitif created by local mixology legend Joel Cuellar, setting the tone for a multi-course dinner designed to sip slowly and savor fully. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a Virginia Distillery Company single malt, highlighting the nuances of both the dish and the dram.
