For a late spring or summer libation, try The Gallagher, made with Flor de Cana rum, watermelon, cucumber water, lime juice, mint-infused honey syrup, lemon bitters, and club soda. Or, spice up the evening with Night Moves, crafted with Tanteo jalapeno tequila, El Jimador tequila, lime juice, cucumber water, lemon sour, and agave.
